What We Look For:

– Associate or Bachelor Degree from an accredited university is preferred

– Ability to work nights and weekends as required

– A graduate of a reputable executive protection training school is preferred

– Experience working with executives, families, and children in a high net worth environment

– Extensive experience working in the specified area of operations and local FBO’s

– Ability to work autonomous with minimal management

– Current Armed Guard card in the state you are working

– 3-5 years corporate or high net worth executive protection experience

– Accustomed to operating in a high tempo environment

– Have an operational understanding of today’s technology across all platforms

– Strong writing and interpersonal skills

– Candidates must be able to thrive in a very diverse environment

– Advanced medical and evasive driving experience is preferred

– Proficient in Protective Intelligence

– Fluently read, speak and write the English language

– Previous Military, Law Enforcement, Government Agency experience a plus but not required

– A minimum of CPR/First Aid/AED for all ages is required

– Have a current understanding of all local and state use of force laws

– Possess a valid and current driver license

– Conducts ongoing threat, risk, and vulnerability assessments

– Conducts protective advance operations

– Follow company and client-directed SOP’s

– Operates motor vehicles in a safe and legal manner

– Will maintain a high level of physical fitness and personal appearance

   Must be able to:

• Work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow, or heat

• Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds

• Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift

• Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time
